• What is the minimum quantity of order?

  Our minimum quantity as of now is 5 pcs. More than that, we happily receive your order up to 100,000 pcs. If you’re looking to do less than 5 pcs, go to our partner company TeeTwills for Digital Printing.

• How much will it cost?

  Fill up the order form here or email to us what you want us to make. We need to know the type of apparel, the number of colors to be printed in the front and back, and the quantity of the apparel you order in order to give you a quote. The more you order, the cheaper the price per piece. The less colors you have to be printed, the cheaper the price per piece. Call us or send us an email for us to give you a quote immediately.

• How long will it take for the items to reach me?

  Our standard lead time for silkscreen printing is 8-working days from the date of payment. If you are looking for embroidery and digital printing, it will be slightly longer, about 10 working days. If you are in a rush, we have a 5-working day rushed delivery option, whereby we will expedite your order, at a 15% extra charge. If you need it even faster than 5-working days, give us a call, and we will see how we can shift our production schedule around to fit your needs.

• Can I buy plain tees?

  Yes, we provide apparels in bulk, with and without printing. So if you are looking to buy plain tees, plain jackets or polos, contact us and we can provide them for you.

• Are the colors accurate?

  There are 2 types of colors we are usually concerned about, the apparel color and the printing color. For the apparel color, please check out our color chart as shown here. You can choose the color code you want for the apparels. For the printing colors, the choice is virtually unlimited, since we can mix any color to your liking. However, to standardize things, we have adopted the international PANTONE Color code standard, where you can tell us the pantone color code of the design. Note that there are variances in color for different computer screens, because the brightness and contrast settings for each screen is different. If you are really picky about the colors, we highly recommend you to come to our office to choose the printing color from our physical PANTONE color book.

• What aftersales support do you offer?

  We want you to smile when you receive our goods. If there are any issues even after you have received the apparels, tell us and we will do a remake them for you, and deliver it to you, for free.

• Can I do digital printing on drifit?

  Well, silkscreen printing is the most versatile of all, looking good on all types of shirts. Digital prints, on the other hand, looks good only on cotton tees, and not on hoodies or drifit tees. Here is a link to an infographic that explains which shirts look good on which.
